VASP values our student members!!!  We can't emphasize the value of a VASP membership to the school psychology students in Virginia.  VASP is affordable and student members receive free registration to state conferences.  VASP is a great way to meet potential employers and to keep up to date with the ever-changing field of school psychology.  Click here for a student membership application.

VASP Grant Opportunities - VASP supplies a limited number of grants to help students fund professional development opportunities.  We realize it can be a financial burden to attend professional conferences while attending school full time.  VASP provides a limited number of $100 grants to help ease the strain on your wallet.  Click here to apply.

Student Board Members - VASP has student representatives that sit on the board.  There are two positions for each of the five universities.  What a better way to become involved in school psychology than be a representative on your state board?  Not only do you have a unique opportunity to network with seasoned school psychologists around the state, but you help make the graduate school experience better for you, your peers, and those who come after you!  If you are interested in becoming a student representative, please see your university's VASP representative (listed below).

George Mason - Jack Naglieri
James Madison - Patty Warner / Tammy Gilligan
Radford - Eric Mesmer
University of Virginia - Antoinette Thomas
William and Mary - Sandy Ward
