A draft of Virginia’s Regulations has been submitted for public comment. Mr. Millward’s presentation will give highlights of the proposed regulations and the implications of their implementation for school psychologists. This will fulfill the Board of Psychology’s continuing education requirement for an annual seminar on ethics or law.
