School Psychologists – 2025-26 school year – Part time or Full Time – In Person;

School Psychology Intern – 10 month full time  – In Person

 

Come join our team south of Richmond Virginia area! Prince George County Public Schools in Virginia is hiring part time School Psychologists or a full time School Psychologist for the 24-25 school year!  Prince George County Schools has approximately 6300 students and 8 schools with 4 full time school psychologist positions.  Fort Gregg Adams Army base is in our county and approximately 30% of our students are military connected.

 

Our team works collaboratively within our department and is extremely supportive of each other. We have a work-life balance in our day-to-day work and receive the support of our director. School Psychologists do not have to case manage or schedule meetings. We have flexibility in our roles for preferred activities such as consultations, behavior supports, and/or short-term counseling. We also have access to funding for professional development such as VASP, NASP, and virtual conferences. The location is close to the James River, 2 hours to the mountains, 2 hours to the beach, and 2 hours to Washington D.C (by car or train). 

 

Prince George County Schools is also hiring a School Psychology Intern who would be in their third year of graduate training.  Candidates from NASP Approved Programs are encouraged to apply.  Interns would have a wide variety of opportunities between Preschool through grade 12 during their internship year.
